cliffs stretch along the coastline, only briefly interrupted by

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive Marseille, France 
Fly from London to Marseille. Board Vasco da Gama.
Experience France with all its facets. Marseille enchants visitors with the charming old fishing port, the imposing Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde basilica, breathtaking nature and historic forts.
Day 2 – St Tropez, France

Stroll along the glamorous harbour, stroll through the historic old town and experience the history of the French artist town of St. Tropez in one of the enchanting museums. From the venerable citadel you have a unique view over the entire bay on the Cote d’Azur!
Day 3 – Cannes, France

Cannes, picturesquely situated on the French Riviera, is known for the international film festival. The promenade “La Croisette” follows the coastline and leads past sandy beaches and magnificent architecture.
Day 4 – Villefranche-sur-Mer (for Nice), France 
Welcome to the magical Côte d’Azur! Beautiful gardens, old narrow streets in the historic old town and a picturesque coast await you in the colourful port cities of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Nice. Be sure to enjoy the breathtaking view from the peaks of the nearby mountains!
Day 5 – Calvi, Corsica

The small fishing town of Calvi in the northwest of the island fascinates with its cozy old town. On a small promontory in front of it lies the mighty citadel, which houses not only a cathedral but also a bishop’s palace and the alleged birthplace of Christopher Columbus.
Day 6 – Ajaccio, Corscia 
The capital of Corsica is also the birthplace of Napoleon. The former family ancestral home, Maison Bonaparte, houses family heirlooms as a museum. The cityscape is characterised by narrow streets and old houses with facades in red, orange and yellow.
Day 7 – Barcelona, Spain 
The Catalan city is one of the most beautiful in the entire Mediterranean. Nine objects in Barcelona are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The cityscape is characterised by buildings by the architect Antoni Gaudí. The facade of the five-aisled basilica is admirable; but he also created a stately town house, the Palau Güell, and Park Güell on a ridge in the north of Barcelona. Hundreds of tapas bars with typical Spanish specialties await visitors on the entertainment mile Las Ramblas.
Day 8 – Barcelona, Spain 
Disembark for your return journey home.
